Where's the shoe size?

We encourage every GOTHICTOR customer to use the GOTHICTOR size chart to select the correct size before placing an order. And we will place the size chart on each product page.

How do l know my shoe size?

If you're not sure about your shoe size, you can measure your feet using a ruler or a Brannock Device. Then choose the corresponding size according to our sizing suggestions. Orders

Where is my order?

You can check your order status by logging into your GOTHICTOR account. If you don’t have an account, check the email you used when placing the order, as we typically send a copy of your order details to that address. If you still can’t find it, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.

How do l cancel my order?

Orders can typically be canceled within a short time after placing the order. To check if your order can be canceled, please contact our customer service team at gothictor@outlook.com. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund once you receive it.

Shipping

What are the areas covered by your shipping services?

We currently ship orders to all 48 contiguous states within the United States. Please note that we are unable to deliver to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or PO Boxes at this time.

How could l know the shipping tracking information?

After your order is shipped, we will send an email with the tracking number to the email address you used to place the order. Alternatively, you can also track your order by entering your order number and email address on the tracking page.

My package is missing. can you help me?

If you haven’t received your order or if your package was lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

Return & Exchange

What should l do if l want to return a product?

When will my refund be processed?

Upon arrival, please allow our returns team 1-3 business days to process your item. All items returned are thoroughly inspected post-arrival. Please note, refunds may take an additional 5-7 business days to reflect on your given bank statement. All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

Can l return a gift card?

Gift cards purchased online are not eligible for return.

What payments can l use?

We currently accept orders using the following payments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal.

How will taxes be calculated?

By law, sales tax is required to be collected on applicable orders. The tax rate is based on the combined state and local rate for the shipping address, and it’s calculated by a third party. All taxes will be applied before you complete your order.

Do l have to fill in my apartment number?

If you live in an apartment, please make sure to include your apartment number to ensure successful delivery.
