At Gothictor, we stand behind every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, our hassle-free return policy is here for you.

1. Return Window
Shop with confidence. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

2. Return Conditions
For a smooth return, please ensure your item is in its original condition: unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@gothictor.com with your correct order number. An inaccurate order number may cause significant delays.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for returns due to "Buyer's Remorse" (e.g.fit, style preference, or accidental order.).

5. Important Exceptions

  • All returns are final and cannot be returned a second time.

  • Gift cards cannot be returned.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the fulfillment process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there's an issue—like a defect, damage, or wrong item—contact us right away so we can fix it for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please be aware that we cannot accept returns on the following categories, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

All sales are final on clearance items and gift cards. Thank you for your understanding.

Exchanges
For the quickest exchange, we recommend returning your original item first. Once approved, you can immediately place a new order.

Refunds
You'll receive an email update once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Just a friendly reminder: it can take a few business days for the refund to show up in your bank or credit card statement.
