Shipping policy
Processing Time
For items in stock, we will pack and dispatch your order within 3-5 business days of confirmation. Pre-ordered items require 15-20 business days to be ready for shipment.
Shipping Destinations
We offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that services to U.S. Non-contiguous states and territories are currently unavailable.
Shipping to the Continental U.S.
Delivery timelines and fees for the continental United States are outlined below.
Timeframe
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 Business Days
- Expedited shipping: 5-7 Business Days
- Priority Shipping: 3-4 Business Days
Keep in mind that your estimated arrival time is calculated by adding the order processing time to the shipping time.

Please note that the cost for Expedited Shipping and Priority Shipping will be calculated based on your order amount. The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout when you submit your order.Due to objective factors, the actual shipping fee may fluctuate. Please refer to the shipping cost displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking

Please note: Exact delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs delays, weather conditions, and peak season volumes.
How to File a Claim:
If your package is lost or stolen, please email support@gothictor.com with:
- A screenshot of your order confirmation.
- Your package tracking information.
- Proof of the lost or stolen package.
We will review your claim within 24 business hours. Once confirmed, we will promptly issue a full refund.
Eligibility for Full Refund:
Your order is eligible for a full refund if it meets these conditions:
- Tracking shows "Delivered" (and you haven't received it) or "Lost."
- A formal "Non-Receipt Certificate" or "Lost Package Certificate" is issued by the shipping carrier.
- For suspected theft, a police report (with receipt or case filing proof) is provided.
Claims must be submitted within 5 days of the latest logistics update.
